Bonjour Mate Patisserie is more than just a café — it’s a dream brought to life.

Hi, I’m Mathilda — a French pastry chef with a passion for creating emotions and sharing joy through my food. I moved to Australia two years ago in search of something new, and a year later, I completely fell in love with Yeppoon and its beautiful surroundings. That’s when I decided to take a leap and start my own little business. In July 2025, my dream began to take shape as I started selling my pastries at local markets.

Now, I’m living my biggest dream yet — opening my very own café.

Bonjour Mate Patisserie is a French-inspired café where everything is 100% handmade with love.

Each day, you’ll find freshly baked bread made in-house, along with sandwiches, quiches, and a range of options including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and vegan. And of course — great coffee and plenty of sweet treats.

Whether you’re grabbing a coffee before a big day, catching up with friends over something delicious, or picking up a dessert to share with family, there’s something here for everyone.
